The differences of Formal and Informal communication

In generally,formal communication is that which is connected with the formal organizational arrangement and the official status or the place of the communicator and the receiver. It moves through the formal channels authoritatively accepted positions in the organization chart. Formal communication is mostly in black and white.
Informal communication includes all the various methods of relaying information or messages between people. There are none of the trappings of formal messages, such as company letterhead, planned meetings or specific introductions of guests.

What are the obstacles to effective communication at work?

Communication is the process of transferring the information in your mind into the mind of someone else. The best communication  if the receiver understands what the sender is trying to convey.


Effective communication happens when we take the time to become aware of these differences, which are barriers to communication, and work to overcome them. That process starts with self awareness, particularly an awareness of our own communication preferences.

1.Language
2.Physical Barriers
3.Lack of Subject Knowledge
4.Emotions
5.Overdose of Information 



Transferring the thoughts, feelings and concepts in our minds into the minds of another is a process which needs to overcome a number of hurdles. The better we are at removing those hurdles, such as differences in communication style, the more effective we will be a communication.

First of all,I would like to explain that what is face to face skill,how's that important in our life?

Face to face skill is a person communicate with the other face to face,not go through the cellphone or email.

That failure to communicate face to face has a phenomenal impact on business and success. There are certain topics of conversation where face-to-face communication will absolutely be the best way to achieve clarity and understanding needed for beneficial action.
There are 5 ways to improve your Face to Face skills.
1.Listen before your speak
2.Ask more questions.
3.Use and more than but.
4.Speak about what you want rather than what you don't want.
5.Speak the way that other people listen.

         Culture is all the knowledge and values shared by a society.Also,culture consists of activities such as the arts and philosophy,which are considered to be important for the development of civilization and of peoples' mind.
         A culture is a particular society or civilization,especially considered in relation to its belief,way of life, or art.
